Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Concrete Foreman/Engineer to assist on concrete construction projects within the commercial sector. Responsibilities
- Lead crew on concrete construction activities on commercial sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols.
- 100% accuracy on footing layout, anchor bolts, slab edges
- Coordinates with Project Superintendent on plans for the day and communicates plan clearly to the crews
- Utilize construction site experience to troubleshoot issues promptly; implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Reviews plans daily to look for design issues and requests clarification in a timely manner before proceeding.
Experience
- Experience working on large-scale commercial concrete construction projects.
- Extensive construction site experience with a proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Experience using a total station for precise measurements and layout.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations related to concrete operations; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in commercial concrete construction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
