As a Fabricator at our Pittsburg, K.S facility , y ou will interpret blueprints, perform layout work, and set up welding equipment to complete high-quality welds across a variety of materials and configurations .
Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6 am - 430 pm
Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 8 pm - 630 am
Weekend (Full Time): Friday - Sunday 6 am - 6 pm
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Experience in utilizing cutting torches, brushes, pads, buffers, grinders, overhead cranes, and rubber hammers .
Roles may require frequent bending, kneeling, and maintaining balance, with occasional climbing or repositioning to support production needs.
This position is classified as medium work, requiring the ability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently , and 10 lbs consistently.
Employees must be able to effectively communicate, hear, and visually assess work to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy in a manufacturing environment.
