Responsibilities
Line Cooks
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
Prep Cooks
- Prepare ingredients for daily service, including chopping, portioning, and organizing.
- Follow prep lists and recipes accurately.
- Assist with stocking and maintaining kitchen organization.
- Help ensure the kitchen is ready for service each day.
Dishwashers
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep dish and kitchen areas clean and organized.
- Assist with basic cleaning and kitchen support as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required for all positions.
