About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation and Electrical Technician to ensure the peak performance and reliability of our industrial control systems. You will play a vital role in optimizing plant operations by maintaining complex circuitry, programming logic controllers, and ensuring all electrical infrastructure meets rigorous safety and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex malfunctions in instrumentation and control systems to minimize operational downtime.

Execute preventative maintenance schedules and precise calibrations to ensure equipment accuracy and longevity.

Program and troubleshoot PLC logic, including Allen Bradley systems, to enhance process automation.

Install and commission power distribution systems, cabling, and motor control centers for new infrastructure projects.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical records to support compliance and operational transparency.

Collaborate across maintenance departments to provide electrical support and resolve multidisciplinary technical challenges.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance and instrumentation.

Strong proficiency with PLC troubleshooting and VFD programming.

Ability to interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and P&ID diagrams.

Expertise working with 480v power systems and below.

Physical capability to perform tasks in varied environments, including heights and confined spaces.

Formal certification or technical diploma in electrical or instrumentation fields.

Hands-on experience with Data Control Systems (DCS).

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience with multi-disciplinary industrial equipment.

Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
