Job Overview
Our company operates 4 mobile home parks within the city of Columbus. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that these properties are well maintained. The right candidate for this job will have a strong plumbing background.
Responsibilities
- Locate and repair water leaks.
- Inspect water pipes and install water meters.
- Use a sewer snake to unclog blocked pipes.
- Maintain the ground by mowing, trimming, and blowing.
- Special projects including installing new homes, repairing roads and pot holes, painting and clean up, etc.
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
