Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas),and welding processes to join metal parts securely.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and plasma cutters
- Measure materials precisely to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Operate forklifts, and machining tools safely during fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing floors.
Qualifications
- Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background with hands-on fabrication skills.
- Proficiency in MIG welding techniques; experience with welding preferred.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment
- Mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely; certification is a plus.
