Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our team, Not as a subcontractor but as an employee with the possibility to be a crew leader and start your own crew . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry and construction, with the ability to work on various Residential and Commercial projects including installation on Homes and structures. This role requires proficiency in stone veneer and brick installation as well as a commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety. This is a piece work job ( by square foot ) Paid weekly . Price per foot depends on experience / skill. We have plenty of work to keep a good installer busy.
Duties
- Install, Stone and Brick Veneer on structures. Mainly New home construction.
- Utilize power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mason or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Experience with hardscape installation is a plus.
- Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Will need to have a reliable Truck.
- Will need to have their own tools.
- Must be able to Pass E- Verify.
- Must be able to pass a drug test
