Location: Warwick, RI – On-site

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hr shifts (overtime available), no nights/no weekends

Job Purpose
As an Equipment Technician in our Warwick shop, you’ll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Bobcat equipment and related machinery. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems on compact equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns
- Use diagnostic tools (including ohmmeters) to troubleshoot issues
- Maintain accurate service records and parts usage
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and reliability
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience as an equipment technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems (no automotive focus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable work history (stability is key)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service software
