About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Nitti Addison LLC as a Server in Addison, IL! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well-organized throughout service.
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables for events.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
