Master Licensed Plumber (Residential Renovations) – New York City
Yorkville Repairs & Contracting LLC is a high-end residential renovation company serving all five boroughs of New York City. We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and quality workmanship on every project. We are currently seeking an experienced Master Licensed Plumber to join our team for long-term work.
LICENSE REQUIRED – NO EXCEPTIONS
You MUST possess a valid Master Plumber License to be considered for this position.
To be considered, your application MUST include:
- A clear photo of your current Master Plumber License.
- A brief summary of your plumbing experience.
- Two (2) verifiable references from previous employers or contractors.
Applications submitted without proof of license will not be considered.
Required Experience:
Applicants must have extensive hands-on experience performing the following residential plumbing work:
- Installation of wet closets for washer and dryer hookups.
- Tapping into existing drain lines to install new plumbing fixtures.
- Tapping into existing hot and cold water supply lines for new sink installations.
- Properly terminating and capping abandoned or unused gas lines in accordance with applicable codes.
- General residential plumbing installation, repairs, and renovations.
These qualifications are mandatory. We are seeking a plumber who can perform these tasks independently, safely, efficiently, and to professional standards.
Tools:
Applicants must provide their own standard plumbing hand tools required to perform daily plumbing work.
The company will provide larger specialty equipment and major power tools as needed.
