Responsibilities:

Provide medication and appointment reminders

Assist with daily scheduling and routine reminders

Offer companionship and social engagement

Encourage independence while providing support as needed

Assist with light community outings when appropriate

Document services provided during each shift
Qualifications:

Reliable, compassionate, and patient

Strong communication skills

Ability to provide gentle reminders and encouragement

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
-
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus but not required
