Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage Good Faith Estimates in accordance with the latest regulations

Handle pre-service collections with professionalism and empathy

Keep accurate and detailed records of accounts receivable transactions

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in both English and Spanish

Support our financial operations with precise documentation and timely follow-up
Qualifications:

Proven experience in healthcare accounts receivable and billing

Strong knowledge of NY Medicare, NY Medicaid, and out-of-network commercial accounts

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with billing software and systems
