What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of outside B2B healthcare sales experience
- Home care sales experience preferred but not required
- Other outside sales representatives with B2B account-based experience and records of success will be considered
- Proven success with lead generation, referral development, and territory growth
- Strong CRM skills
- Relationship-focused approach to selling
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to prioritize opportunities and focus efforts where they create the greatest impact
- Persistent, organized, and motivated self-starter
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create solutions
- Confident, persuasive, and service-focused communicator
- Coachable and willing to take direction from management
- Local candidate residing in Santa Monica, West Los Angeles, or the South Bay / Beach Cities
- Ability to work in the field 4 days per week with 2 office visits weekly

What You’ll Do
- Develop and strengthen referral relationships with physicians, clinics, senior communities, and healthcare partners
- Convert referrals into clients while ensuring a smooth and positive transition into care
- Identify and grow new business opportunities, including VA programs, RFPs, and strategic partnerships
- Manage territory activity and focus sales efforts for maximum impact
- Represent BrightStar Care in the community while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Document activity for KPIs

Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
