Key Responsibilities

Menu Development: Assist the Chef in planning and executing innovative menu items that showcase our culinary vision.

Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Food Preparation: Oversee food preparation to maintain quality, efficiency and consistency in every dish served.

Requirements

Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or in a similar position.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
