Do you enjoy cleaning and making a difference in people’s lives? We’re a rapidly growing cleaning company seeking a reliable team member near Menomonie, WI who is willing to travel 40 miles around the area cleaning homes and businesses either in a team setting or solo depending on the job size.
- Required Availability: Day shift, part-time 20-30 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Cleaning shifts are scheduled throughout the week based on location and availability. Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
This is a great opportunity to add reliable supplemental income as we grow. We also give bonuses for customer leads! You’ll keep 100% of your tips, earn bonus pay, get mileage reimbursement, and start with paid training.
Requirements:
- You must be available for your scheduled jobs throughout the week
- Ability to clean a variety homes and businesses
- This is a physically demanding job that can be labor-intensive based on the type of cleaning.
- Prioritize a cleaning schedule in an organized manner for maximum efficiency
- Customer service skills
- Must have a smartphone that works with GPS and our company scheduling apps
- Have reliable transportation, and the space for cleaning equipment
- Willingness to travel, and track time and mileage
- Have a drivers license
- Located close to Menomonie, WI
- Scheduling flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Eradicate messes within homes and businesses
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust a variety of surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Wipe down counters, doors, windows, and other requested areas
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Organize areas
- Other tasks as assigned
- Provide occasional head scratches to any pets you encounter
