Geskus Studios is looking for an Administrative Assistant in our Client Experience team. This is a seasonal position that is expected to run from September through December.
In this role, you will work closely with our Account Coordinators to provide administrative and operational support throughout the picture day season. You will help keep important tasks moving, maintain accurate information, coordinate requests with internal teams, and follow up on outstanding items to deliver a smooth experience for our schools.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable following established processes, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Support the Client Experience team with administrative and task-based responsibilities, including updating CRM information, sending agreements, and coordinating with internal teams
Help maintain accurate client and picture day information in company systems
Communicate with clients to obtain student rosters and other information needed for a successful picture day
Coordinate with other internal teams to resolve client requests in a timely manner
Communicate updates or issues to Account Coordinators when follow-up or additional attention is needed
Help identify recurring issues or bottlenecks and bring them to the attention of the CX team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple open requests and follow through on outstanding items
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating closely with a team
Experience with HubSpot CRM is helpful, but not required
Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience is a plus
