Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Licensed Practical Nurse to work across our outpatient clinic locations in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens. The ideal candidate must be comfortable traveling between clinic locations based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Administer vaccines and injections
- Perform blood draws and specimen collection
- Accurately document patient information and services provided
- Review medical forms and assist with patient intake
- Maintain proper infection-control and safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and clinic staff
- Assist with additional clinical duties as needed
Qualifications
- Active New York State LPN license in good standing
- Phlebotomy skills are required
- Must be comfortable administering vaccines
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
- Previous outpatient or occupational health experience is preferred but not required
Candidates without prior clinic experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided on our clinic procedures, documentation systems, and workflow. Applicants must already possess basic phlebotomy skills.

Pay: $32.00 - $37.37 per hour
