Service Pros Auto Glass is hiring a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative to assist customers throughout the windshield replacement process. This position focuses on answering questions, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing excellent service.

This is a W-2 employee position.
Compensation
- Weekly pay
- $750-$2500 per week
- Additional commission opportunities
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday
- 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Approximately 40 hours per week, with a possible two-hour variation depending on business needs
- Lunch break provided
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers with scheduling windshield replacement appointments
- Explain the auto glass replacement process and answer general questions
- Collect and verify customer, vehicle, and insurance information
- Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling updates
- Coordinate with sales representatives, technicians, and management
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company systems
- Follow up with customers when necessary
- Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company
Qualifications
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and text
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
