We are growing fast and seeking a high-performing Regulatory Specialist to join our team.
We are currently seeking a Regulatory Specialist to support our expanding portfolio of U.S. and foreign clients with Low-Acid and Acidified Canned Food regulatory compliance. The Regulatory Specialist interacts with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Importers and engages in internal collaboration with U.S. and overseas colleagues. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently support high-demand, exclusive clients.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in science (food science, biochemistry, biology) or a related degree is required. Concentration on food processing and thermally processed food is a plus but not required.
Deep understanding of microbiology, thermal processing, and preventive controls, backed by certifications and published research.
