Summary
We are looking for a Skilled Residential Maintenance Technicians
· Our technicians travel to an average of 2-3 properties a day in the Inland Empire /Riverside County area.
· They utilize their own vehicle for work, we reimburse on the clock mileage at .725 cents.
· We work directly with HOA communities, doing maintenance and repairs to their common areas.
· Our work is in the exterior areas of the communities.
· A good candidate would have their own vehicle for work, active driver’s license, and auto insurance.
· Will participate in a background check and physical prior to employment.
