Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist who will provide OP (Outpatient Programming) with expertise in mental health and substance use disorders to join our team full time first as an OP Therapist on our campus. This role focuses on supporting individuals involved in the criminal justice system as they work toward recovery, rehabilitation, and stabilized wellness.
About us: Ananeo is a supportive transitional housing organization that serves at-risk populations with an emphasis on justice-involved individuals reentering society following a period of incarceration. Ananeo is licensed in Colorado to provide MH & SUD-related services. Ananeo currently has capacity for over 350 residential clients, providing individuals with housing and supportive services in the Denver Metro Area. With this, Ananeo has the potential to meet a huge need in the city of Denver and beyond. Clients receive housing and support through peer coaching to strengthen and reinforce their recovery and gain life skills pertinent to making the most of their new freedom!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions as and OP Therapist.
- Perform BPS assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in accordance with organizational and legal requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review client cases and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
- Individual follow up sessions as needed clients to address mental health and substance use needs, considering criminal justice involvement.
- Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and emerging trends in behavioral health therapy.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of behavioral health.
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
- Current licensure as a therapist in Colorado (LPC/LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC) required.
- Experience of substantive familiarity leading or supporting an IOP program required.
- Experience working with clients involved in the criminal justice system is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of mental health and substance use treatment modalities.

Schedule and Compensation:
- Full time salaried position based on 40 hours per week.
- Schedule to be determined based on program needs.

Pay: $34.00 - $36.10 per hour
