We have a live opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join a market leading Aerospace manufacturer with a heritage leading back over a century.
Due to expansion and growth our client is actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Quality Inspector to join their industry leading business. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for precision inspection of company components and in-coming materials ensuring conformity to all standards. The Quality Inspector will be working 7am to 3pm.
Responsibilities for the Quality Inspector:
- Perform daily in-process and final inspection of products.
- Understand and follow technical work instructions and quality procedures.
- Utilize various inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers, gauges.
- Use the company ERP system to update the inspection reports.
- Document and maintain inspection record inline with company quality standards.
- Support any new and ongoing capability studies.
Experience for the Quality Inspector:
- Confident ability in blueprint reading and GD&T.
- Able to use equipment including calipers, Micrometers, Gauges, etc.
- Previous experience within an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of two years in an inspection related position.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
Hours, Pay and Benefits for the Quality Inspector:
- 7am to 3pm
- $20 - £31ph
- Benefits include health, vision, life, dental, 401k with match. Bonus potential. Tuition reimbursement. 15% shift differential.
This will be a full-time, direct hire position for the successful Quality Inspector.
