Duties
- Direct daily operational activities across assigned departments.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract compliance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Foster excellent customer service by setting high standards for overall customer interactions.
Experience
- Proven management experience in operations leadership.
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams, managing budgets, and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
