Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and remodeling, demonstrating a strong ability to work with hand and power tools, read blueprints, and execute projects with precision. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members on diverse remodeling projects.
Duties
- Demolition & Removal of existing structures in prep for remodeling.
- Execute remodeling projects including but not limited to kitchen and bathroom renovations.
- Perform carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cabinet installation, hanging doors, installing siding & windows, etc.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Understand blueprints & Scope to ensure accurate project execution.
- DETAIL Oriented
- Comply With WORK SAFE environment
- Strong Communication & Math skills, Critical Thinking & Problem solving skills are BIG plus.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while meeting quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the remodeling or restoration industry is essential.
- Proficiency in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and various carpentry techniques.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting requirements associated with construction tasks.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, is highly desirable.
- A solid understanding of woodworking principles and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
