Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning and detailing services to vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and have experience in various detailing techniques.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to enhance their appearance.
- Wash, polish, and buff vehicles using appropriate tools and products.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
- Vacuum carpets, seats, and floor mats; shampoo upholstery as needed.
- Apply protective coatings to surfaces as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the process.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Assist with any additional janitorial or custodial tasks as needed within the facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and products used in detailing processes.
- Experience with buffing, cleaning, window tinting, or custodial work is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for driving vehicles when necessary.
