8 am to 5 pm Monday- Friday
Daily: Help out in accounting departments, general office, human resources, and travel division tasks
· Answer store charge account questions from customers
· Check and act on faxes and emails
· Answer incoming calls and transfer as needed
· Post account adjustments
· Update account information
· Data entry/Reconcile daily register sales
· Audit change drawer daily
Bi-weekly
· Data entry payroll, ACA reports, vacation hours tracked
Monthly
· Run reports at start of each month for previous month
· Prepare excel reports for the end of month
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, E-mail, & internet.
Office machines used daily printers, copiers, faxes, postage meters, & multi-line phone system.
