This is an in-office position based in Orlando, FL. The majority of sales are conducted in the office, with no travel required to other cities. We primarily sell to clients in the United States, along with a few international markets.
There may be opportunities to attend sporting events, tournaments, or conferences to network with potential customers. These opportunities will be explained further during the interview process.

What You’ll Do
Our sales team is expanding, and we are interested in hiring more people who excel at the sales process, enjoy building relationships, and love to close deals and grow accounts. If you have experience in sales and you’re looking for a role where your performance directly impacts your success, this position will be a great fit.
Your responsibilities will include:
Outbound Sales Efforts: Consistently prospect through cold calls, emails, presentations, and active follow-up
Engaging with Clients: Build relationships with sports teams, clubs, and athletic organizations nationwide and familiarize them with our brand and products
Be Customer-Centric: Provide excellent customer service and foster long-lasting client connections.
Understanding Needs: Listen carefully to each client's unique needs and offer tailored solutions – be a trusted advisor.
Drive Revenue: Play a key role in our company’s next growth phase by retaining and growing accounts across sports and markets.
Closing Sales: Guide clients from their initial interest through the custom design process and ultimately finalize the sale, exceeding expectations every step of the way.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and production teams to deliver top-notch results.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for motivated sales professionals who want to be part of something exciting. Our business is evolving, and we need driven, results-oriented sales reps who can help us scale while delivering excellent service to clients.
- A sales-focused individual with a "hunter" mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- A self-starter who thrives in a structured, high-growth environment
- Comfortable with outbound sales efforts and lead generation to include cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for sports and/or an athletic background
- It’s a bonus if you have experience in sports apparel, team sales, or custom merchandise

Pay: $65,000 - $90,000 in year one with higher compensation possible for high achievers
