Responsibilities

- Educate customers on device features, plans, and accessories to enhance their experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight key benefits and functionalities of various devices and services
- Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately
- Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs while ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or prospects
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and assisting with store merchandising efforts
- Ensure compliance with retail policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures enhances effectiveness in this role
- Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team
- Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
