Salary: Starting @ $14.75-$15.50/hr (Depending on experience) REQUIREMENTS
- Active guard card • Clean driving record • Reliable transportation • Excellent communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing for clients • Positive, honest and loyal work ethic • Willing to participate in pre-employment process that may include drug testing and full background investigation • Neat and professional appearance • Friendly and professional demeanor COMMON DUTIES MAY INCLUDE • Patrol a facility and report illegal activities to management • Lock and unlock doors • Report hazards to management • Disperse unauthorized gatherings • Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports • Evict loiters • Patrol parking lots and enforce parking rules and regulations • Control the homeless around the properties and any trespassers must be escorted of the properties Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $14.75 to $15.50 /hour Experience: • Security: 1 year (Preferred) License: • Guard Card (Required) Pay Frequency: • Bi weekly or Twice monthly
