Inviting applications for the role of Global Leader - Agentic Pricing & Commercials Leader
In this role you will be you will be responsible for leading and building our pricing and commercials team supporting our Agentic business. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that will streamline processes improve efficiency and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Deal Leadership:-
- Leading deals and interacting directly with clients in the market.
- Being among the first contacts for new clients this role is key to building solid relationships from the start.
- The ideal candidate should have proven practical experience handling these initial engagements particularly in the technology software Saa S or related space.
- Agentic Pricing Expertise:-
- Proficiency in software pricing is essential as it serves as a major pivot in negotiating and structuring deals to benefit both the client and the organization.
- There is primary responsibility for developing and deploying pricing models/frameworks pricing calculators and commercially constructing transactions that optimize ARR.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Manage research efforts to gauge how customers respond to agentic pricing review competitors' agentic strategies and spot emerging market trends and growth areas for agentic or software related products.
- Improving Pricing and Deal Arrangements:
- Establish and oversee governance process for deal commercial and economic approvals
- Collaborating across Departments:
- Work closely with teams across our agentic business (e.g.
- sales finance product development and marketing) to align pricing strategies with product plans and overall company goals.
- Managing Risks:
- Evaluate possible financial risks related to pricing decisions and create strategies to minimize those risks.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead support and mentor pricing and commercial teams encouraging high performance and ongoing professional growth.
- Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business CFO and senior business leadership team offering insights that drive strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
200,000 to 290,000 USD
“Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. New York area candidates are eligible for this role only.”
