Job Overview
SWM International is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead production planning, inventory management, customer order coordination, and scheduling activities across our manufacturing operations. This role is critical to ensuring on-time customer deliveries, efficient production scheduling, uninterrupted raw material supply, and cost-effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer orders with Customer Service to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain production schedules for Paper Machine and Converting operations.
- Manage raw material inventory, forecasting, and purchasing requirements.
- Lead weekly production planning meetings and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Support and develop logistics team members through coaching, delegation, and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support ERP system implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing guidelines and maintain a strong focus on cost control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Strong planning, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
- Manufacturing experience required; paper industry experience preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
