Summary/Objective:
This role is responsible for maintaining customer pools enrolled in our Gold Service Program. Team members regularly travel to customers location to ensure each pool is operating safely, cleanly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include maintaining proper water chemistry, servicing and replacing pool filtration systems, and conducting comprehensive system quality checks. This role plays a critical part in protecting our customer's investment and ensuring their HydroWorx pool performs at the highest standard.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Water Chemistry & Testing: Test and balance pool water chemistry (bromine/chlorine pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, stabilizer, ect.) Add and record chemicals needed to maintain safe and compliant water conditions

Diagnose and correct water clarity issues

Maintain accurate service logs and chemical usage reports

Filter & Equipment Maintenance: Clean and/or replace pool filters

Inspect and service HydroWorx provided equipment

Identify and report on service sheet any worn or malfunctioning components and recommend repairs

Clean and scrub pools, water lines and polish all stainless steel on HydroWorx provided equipment

System Quality Checks: Conduct full equipment system inspections during each service visit

Verify proper circulation, pressure levels, and flow rates

Check plumbing, valves, and fittings for leaks or damage

Ensure overall system performance meets operation standards

Customer Service & Documentation: Communicate service findings and recommendations clearly to customers. Provide basic pool care education when needed. Complete service reports accurately, on time and all findings should be reviewed with the client before receiving sign off on service visit.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean working conditions

Ensure customer pool area including the stored chemical are clean and organized
Qualification:

Highschool diploma or equivalent
-
Prior experience in pool service, maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, or related field preferred

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent preferred

Knowledge of pool water chemistry and filtration systems (or willing to train)

Valid Driver's License and meet the minimum age requirement to rent a vehicle

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands: This is primarily a physical job. At any time, the employee may be required to climb ladders, lift boxes and parts up to 80lbs. Employee could be required to stand for long periods of time, as well as, crawling in small spaces. The employee will also need to drive for long period of time traveling to customer sites.
Work Environment: Indoor, warm humid environments. Field based travel between customer locations required 100% travel (60% onsite, 40% travel)
Tools and Equipment: Provided by HydroWorx
Work Hours: Varies Monday-Friday, occasional weekends
Training: Training for this position will be conducted per HydroWorx Training Program with onsite training including OSHA online compliance trainings.
