- Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage patient care plans, focusing on wound care and overall health assessments.
- Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Facilitate communication between healthcare teams, patients, and families to promote optimal care.
- Ensure adherence to resident's rights and quality of care in all settings.
