COOK - TEMP to PERM position
SST is looking for passionate, experienced individual looking to join our culinary team! Daily tasks will be focused on food preparation set up, and operation of a station at one of our various food outlets according to leadership’s specifications. The Cook position supports Team success by providing quality food options that boost morale and productivity.
· DAY Pay: $20/hr
· NIGHT Pay: $22/hr
· DAY Shifts: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
· NIGHT Shifts: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
· Schedule: Monday - Friday
· Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
· Complete daily prep tasks and ensure smooth station operation.
· Follow recipes and portion control guidelines for consistency and quality.
· Provide excellent customer service in an “open kitchen” environment.
· Maintain cleanliness and safety of workstations, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
· Contribute to a positive team environment and support overall team success.
Position Requirements:
· Must be SERV Safe certified or have a valid food handler’s certificate.
· Previous culinary experience required, especially in high-volume environments.
· Ability to pass a federal background check.
· Must be available to work all shifts, including potential overtime and weekends.
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform bending and stooping.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· High level of professionalism and commitment to food safety and quality.
