Dwayne’s Friendly Pharmacy is seeking a friendly, dependable Pharmacy Clerk / Cashier to join our locally owned pharmacy team. This position plays an important role in helping customers, supporting pharmacy workflow, and keeping the store organized and running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great customer service, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions
- Retrieve prescriptions for customers at the counter
- Assist pharmacy staff with workflow support
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assist customers in locating OTC products and store items
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer and register skills
- Retail or pharmacy experience preferred but not required
You can pick up a paper application at the front register.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
