Barista / Back of House Team Member (Hybrid Position)
We are seeking reliable and motivated team members to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines barista and back-of-house responsibilities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting kitchen operations.
Position Details
- Hiring 3-4 team members
- Full-time and Part-time positions available
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and other drinks
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and work areas
- Assist with food preparation and line cooking during service
- Follow recipes, food safety standards, and kitchen procedures
- Support daily kitchen operations, including stocking and cleaning
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and participate in barista training provided by the company
- Line cook or kitchen experience is required
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
