About the Role
D & A Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacist (RPh) to join our growing team in Panorama City, California. If you’re passionate about personalized care, building community relationships, and making a real impact — we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions per California Board of Pharmacy regulations
- Provide patient counseling on proper medication use, interactions, and side effects
- Oversee and mentor pharmacy technicians and interns
- Ensure regulatory compliance (DEA, HIPAA, CA BOP)
- Administer immunizations (if certified) and support clinical services
- Maintain patient records and medication profiles
- Manage inventory and medication procurement
- Foster a culture of safety, integrity, and excellent service
Requirements
- Active California Registered Pharmacist license (Required)
- PharmD or BS Pharmacy Degree (Required)
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with DigitalRX or similar pharmacy software
- Immunization certification (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish or Tagalog) is a plus, not required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule
- Flexible shifts available
- Pharmacy hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM -5:30 PM
