Dental Assistant (Bilingual – Haitian Creole)

Next Dental Group is looking for a skilled, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We serve a diverse South Florida community, and fluency in Haitian Creole is required to help us deliver excellent care to our Creole-speaking patients.
What you'll do:
- Assist providers chairside during a range of dental procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
- Take and process dental X-rays (as permitted by certification)
- Support patient education and comfort throughout their visit
- Handle administrative duties as needed — scheduling, patient check-in, records, and front-office support
What we're looking for:
- Fluency in Haitian Creole (required); English required
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Radiography certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A team player who's open to wearing multiple hats across clinical and administrative work
- Strong communication skills and a genuine care for patients
Pay & Details:
- $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time
- Growing multi-location practice with room to advance
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
