Payroll Specialist - Hampden Corporate Office
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and someone who takes pride in getting things right? R.H. Foster is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team and help support accurate, timely payroll processing for our employees across multiple departments and locations.
As our Payroll Specialist, you’ll help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting payroll-related processes, records, and reporting.

Process payroll accurately and in accordance with company policies and deadlines

Review timecards, hours, deductions, adjustments, and payroll data for accuracy

Assist with payroll-related questions from employees and managers

Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information

Support payroll reporting, audits, and compliance requirements

Partner with HR, managers, and other departments to resolve payroll-related items

Help maintain accurate employee data within payroll/HR systems

Assist with process improvements to help payroll run smoothly and efficiently

Perform other related duties as assigned
- Previous payroll, accounting, HR, or administrative experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

UKG or similar payroll/HRIS experience is a plus
