Duties
- Conduct initial and reassessment nursing evaluations for our clients
- Complete and submit, Plan of Care documentation
- Collaborate with case managers and our administrative team to ensure timely and accurate paperwork
- Communicate respectfully and clearly with clients and families
Requirements
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- 2 Years Experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: $45.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
