Responsibilities
- Perform meat cutting and trimming according to specifications while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prepare and package meat products for display and sale, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their meat selections and answering any inquiries.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meat products for restaurant operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of meat products and communicate needs to management.
- Follow all health regulations and safety guidelines related to food handling and preparation.
Qualifications
