We are a fast-growing home efficiency company dedicated to helping homeowners reduce energy costs through high-quality attic insulation and ventilation solutions. We install energy-saving products directly in customer homes nationwide.
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dependable Installation Technicians to join our traveling installation crew. Technicians will work 4–5 days per week, traveling to different towns and staying in company-paid accommodations (hotel or AIR BNB's). A strong work ethic, professional attitude, and team mentality are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install attic insulation blankets in residential homes
- Mount solar attic fans on rooftops
- Represent the company professionally on every job site
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Construction or roofing experience is a plus
- Must be physically able to work in attics and on roofs. IT'S VERY HOT. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY CRAWL IN AN ATTIC FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME.
- YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB ON STEEP ROOFS. NO FEAR OF HEIGHTS.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
- MUST have a valid driver’s license (no suspensions, expirations or revoked)
Additional Information:
- Reliable transportation to office (Lewisville, right off I-35) is a must
- Resume submission is recommended
- Serious applicants only—immediate positions available
- $750 monthly bonus for use of personal truck. (Not required. Company vehicles are provided)
- Fuel card provided for fuel purchases while on job
- Hotels payed for by the company
