Greenup Rehabilitation and Nursing is now accepting applicants for our FREE CNA Training Program. If you are looking to start a career in healthcare, this is an excellent opportunity to receive paid training while preparing to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.
No experience required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
The program includes classroom instruction along with hands-on clinical training in a skilled nursing facility environment.
Program Details:

Paid clinical training hours at $15.50/hr

Approximately 40 hours per week during training

Full-time employment opportunities available after certification

Starting pay of $19.50/hr for certified CNAs
