As a high-end residential design-build company serving elite clientele throughout Western New York, we specialize in custom kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations with a focus on exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
As our company continues to grow, we're looking for great people to grow with us. We're currently hiring for multiple field positions, from entry-level team members eager to learn the trade to experienced carpenters, lead carpenters, and master carpenters ready to lead projects.

What You'll Do:
Depending on your experience level, you'll work alongside our construction team on a variety of high-end residential remodeling projects throughout Western New York, including custom kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations.
Responsibilities may include:
- Demolition and site preparation
- Framing and general residential construction
- Assisting or leading carpentry and remodeling projects
- Installing high-quality building materials and finish details
- Safely operating hand and power tools
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional jobsites
- Working respectfully with homeowners while representing Sierra Unlimited Construction
- Following all company safety procedures
- Taking pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project
Who We're Looking For:
We welcome applicants with a variety of experience levels. Our ideal team members:
- Have residential construction or remodeling experience (experience level will determine position and compensation)
- Take pride in producing high-quality work
- Are experienced using common hand and power tools
- Are dependable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Can perform the physical demands of residential construction
