Physical Therapist – Acute Care Hospital
Location: Macon, GA
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Day Shift, 5x8-hour shifts | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekend: 1 weekend per month
Call: None
Rate: Up to $2,200. Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience

Current Georgia PT license in hand

BLS required
-
Acute Care experience
-
Experience with geriatrics, neurology, and orthopedics

Epic experience required
Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and evaluations
-
Develop individualized plans of care
-
Establish short- and long-term goals
-
Provide acute care rehabilitation services
-
Complete reassessments and discharge planning
-
Document patient progress in Epic
-
Work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
