POSITION
ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGER
Summary Description
Boutique affordable housing real estate development firm seeks ON SITE Property Manager for new development.
Responsibilities Include
- Tenant Relations- On site manager will work closely with tenants at property. This includes lease renewals, LIHTC recertifications, and maintenance concerns.
- Maintenance Supervision- Supervising all vendors and maintenance staff involved in day to day operations of building.
- Collection of Rents- On site manager will work with our back office and tenants to ensure the smooth collection of rents.
Requested Experience
Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of property management experience. College degree is not required. Must be comfortable working for a small entrepreneurial firm. Candidate must also possess fluency with various computer software.
