COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Pelletier Construction Management is seeking an individual who is proficient in municipal and private commercial construction within Southern New England. Candidate must have 5 years of proven experience minimum. Qualifications required are commercial construction supervision, planning, scheduling, solicitations, direct field experience, sub contractor negotiations, submittal processing, plan and spec review, Micro Soft Office Suite, ability to draft and update schedules, 2 week look ahead, hands on light carpentry, problem solving, daily reports, draft field as-builts and Spanish speaking is a plus . The successful candidate will have a good positive attitude, extremely organized, work independently as well as with a team, excellent communication skills and is willing to grow with the company.
