* HOTEL FRONT OFFICE MANAGER, Full-Time
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Hotel Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Duties
- Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and outstanding guest service
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with precision and professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Oversee night audit processes, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate with departments
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety standards, and hospitality regulations
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Train, motivate, and evaluate front desk team members to foster a positive work environment
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence
- Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and tact
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems required
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Pay: $46,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
