South Dade Toyota is seeking a hardworking and highly motivated Part-Time Sales Greeter and Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in welcoming customers, providing them with a memorable experience, and assisting Product Specialists in delivering consistent service. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and supporting day-to-day dealership operations.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership, determining the purpose of their visit

Answer basic customer questions and refer more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member

Record and register customer demographic information using the Smartpath system
-
Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate Product Specialist or introduce them directly

Process payments as required using CDK System

Maintain the front desk calendar in collaboration with the Sales Manager, arranging shift coverage when needed

Shift Schedule: This position requires availability to work on weekends.
