Ministry Assistant, No Fret Guitar Camp
No Fret Guitar Camp is a Christian nonprofit ministry that uses free guitar lessons and free guitars to help underserved youth discover music, build confidence, find hope, and connect with Jesus.
Position Overview
We are looking for a part-time Ministry Assistant to help with the day-to-day administration and growth of the ministry.

Responsibilities
- Help coordinate No Fret Guitar Camps with churches around the country
- Communicate with churches, camp leaders, volunteers, and instructors
- Maintain records of churches, students, camps, and contacts
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Help schedule camps and coordinate logistics
- Assist with social media, newsletters, and other communications
- Help maintain and update information on our website
- Assist with donor and fundraising activities
- Help prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative materials
- Provide general administrative support to the ministry
Qualifications
- Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Artificial Intelligence and social media
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Professional and friendly communication style
- Comfortable working with churches, volunteers, youth, and ministry partners
- A genuine Christian faith and desire to help young people
- Experience in nonprofit, church, administrative, or ministry work is a plus
- Experience with Canva and Monday a plus
Position
- Part-time Ministry Assistant
- Approximately 10-20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, work from home, some in person meetings
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
